The "without assistance" part in the achievement description means that you need to have "true to life" difficulty settings which means everything on hard mode. Web(AI Pilot doesn't affect this achievement although don't use AI ATC or AI checklist). After landing & taxiing near to the final destination ramp and I used AI pilot to bring the aircraft to complete stop and turn it OFF. In this way, chances of crashes are less and achievement must pop automatically.
