The fan control is locked out on all software I tried. Now, instead of direct fan control, GPU tweak 2 offers a "Temperature target" slider. I set mine to 85c. WebChanging fan mode to something else and back again makes the over-boost work again with a fast and loud fan, fps gets higher. This always happens without fail, and I'm developing a habit to press Fn+F5 regularly to actually play my games in high fps. This is such a ridiculous thing to happen.
